Hours
Invoices and signed hours must always be received by us no later than 12 noon on Monday.
Only approved hours can be processed and paid out. Email to: invoice@bouw-support.com
Via My Bouw Support Office you can enter the hours worked online and upload your invoices.
You will only receive the access codes from My Bouw Support Office when your personal file is complete.
Your personal profile
Unfortunately, if your file is not complete, we cannot proceed with payment. So make sure that you immediately fill in, sign and return all necessary documents. Your file is complete when we have received the following items from you, completed and signed:
- Model Agreement
- Copy ID / passport (no driver’s license)
- Copy of Chamber of Commerce extract (not older than 6 months)
- Bank card copy
- Copy of the Liability Insurance Policy
- Proof of payment Liability Insurance Policy
- VCA
Payment
Depending on the agreement, we pay within 7 or 14 days. If you want to make use of the option to have your invoice paid within 7 days for some projects, you must deduct 5% from your invoice.
Illness
If you are ill, you must always notify us by telephone before 05:45 hours at the latest via: +31107617393. When you have recovered and are going back to work for the client, you must of course report this to us again. You can NOT report sick by E-mail, SMS or WhatsApp.
